Since the construction business operates worksites in various locations for different periods of time, coexisting with local communities is essential to its business activities.
To earn the trust of local communities and maintain good neighborly relations with nearby residents, we engage in various community contribution activities.
We find joy and motivation in the gratitude and encouragement we receive from people using the buildings we construct and from the nearby residents.
Community Beautification Activities
We regularly conduct road cleaning around our company buildings and construction sites, as well as cleanup activities at local parks in Koto-ku, where our Tokyo headquarters is located.
Additionally, at construction sites in cold regions, we also perform snow shoveling on nearby roads.
Installation of EPLs on Construction Site Temporary Fencing
We have installed EPLs (Ecology Panel Lights), powered by solar energy, on the temporary fencing at the construction site to ensure the safe passage of pedestrians at night.
Construction Site Tour
To foster interest in the construction industry among architecture students and deepen their knowledge of construction projects, we host tours of active construction sites upon request from educational institutions.

Sponsorship Support for Festivals
We provide sponsorship support for festivals such as summer festivals organized by neighborhood associations and housing complex residents' associations.
Home-Visit Nursing Services
Through our group company, Yasuragi Co., Ltd., we operate home-visit nursing services. Home-visit nursing involves collaborating with primary care physicians and care managers to provide daily nursing care and rehabilitation support. This allows clients to live comfortably and receive medical care in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. Yasuragi aims to bring smiles to people through its home-visit nursing services, to contribute to both individuals and society, and to be valued as an integral member of the local community.

Collaboration with Partner Companies
The construction industry has experienced a decline in young people entering the field, which has led to a decrease in skilled workers and an aging workforce, making securing and developing talent a major challenge.
On our company website, we implement initiatives to secure skilled workers (introducing construction industry jobs, posting company information and job openings for specialized construction companies we partner with).
We have implemented an Excellent Foreman System that recognizes and awards stipends to foremen from partner companies who demonstrate outstanding skills in areas such as quality and safety and achieve remarkable performance. Together with our partner companies, who are indispensable partners in our growth, we strive to provide safe, secure, and high-quality buildings.
