New Employee Training

New Employee Training

After joining the company, new employees attend a two to three week group training program at the training center.
The program aims to foster a “professional mindset” and “acquire foundational knowledge required as our employee”. The training curriculum includes business etiquette, work site tours, and technical training such as surveying exercises.
Regular follow-up training sessions are conducted for new employees up to three years after they join our company. The curriculum is designed for post-employment reflection and reinforcement of fundamental knowledge.

Training by job grade

We conduct various training programs aimed at enhancing the understanding of job responsibilities and the level of competencies required at each job grade. The programs follow a training plan that defines organizational development themes (challenges), based on our recognition of circumstances.
Prior to promotion to a higher job grade (core class/supervisory class), we provide training for candidates to higher job grade to ensure that candidates recognize the position (competencies) and responsibilities required at the next grade and clearly understand the differences in the next higher competency level.
