In line with the motto 'Safety First', safety is fundamental to the construction business. Without it, we cannot produce high-quality work or earn the trust of society. Furthermore, ensuring the health of our workers is the first step towards safe business operations.
Our basic policy is to “create a comfortable workplace and ensure the safety and health of our workers”. Each fiscal year, we formulate a safety and health management plan. Everyone involved in construction projects, from executives and staff to employees of partner companies, works together to eliminate disasters and accidents associated with construction work.

We provide our employees and partner companies with training to support them in obtaining official certifications, such as special training in scaffolding assembly and the use of full-body harness safety belts.

Implementation of Safety & Health Patrols

The Safety and Environmental Administration Department regularly conducts Safety and Health Patrols at all work sites nationwide, in line with the Accidents Prevention Inspection Checklist. Furthermore, we aim to raise safety awareness at work sites and prevent accidents through patrols by executive management, the horizontal dissemination of issues, and the sharing of best practices in safety and environmental management.
