Materialities

As a policy to achieve sustainable improvements to our corporate value, we outlined becoming “a company that creates spaces rich in security and joy” as our Vision 2030.
To achieve Vision 2030, in addition to sustainable growth of our company, we confront various social issues, and with an awareness that it is important that we contribute to a sustainable society, we set materialities that we should tackle and work to resolve these issues.

Process for identifying materialities

①Extract issues
Sustainability issues are extracted based on the demands of society and company challenges
②Identify materialities
The importance of the extracted issues is considered in terms of our stakeholders and the running of the company, and then the Sustainability Committee identifies the material issues
③Set KPI and target values
