Reinforcement inspection system (Windows tablet PC-based worksite management system)

In collaboration with Wada Special Equipment Co., we developed a tablet-based system to improve productivity and construction quality. The system is easy to use because it is based on the Windows environment that we use every day.
In the past, the processes of taking photos of rebar and inspecting it were separate, and forms had to be created based on the respective work procedures, which required a lot of work. The new system combines these two processes into one and ensures that reinforcement photos are not taken until the required inspection items have been passed, thereby improving quality through reliable inspections.
