Our company celebrated its 80th anniversary in March 2017, and our goal is to become an enduring company that continues to grow into its 90th and 100th anniversaries and beyond.

Our long-term vision for 2030 is to become "a company that creates spaces filled with peace and happiness," and we launched a new three-year mid-term management plan in April 2020 with the goal of achieving sales of more than 100 billion yen. We will continue to improve our sales, field, and technical capabilities and aggressively implement new initiatives, while maintaining our condominium business and focusing on strengthening our construction and refurbishment businesses. We will not rely on only our existing businesses, but continue to explore new possibilities and take new steps forward as a company.

My motto as President and Representative Director is based on three keywords: "Growth," "Having an Edge" and "Challenge." We will not be satisfied with the status quo, but will continue to grow. To have the strength to continue to be chosen. To cultivate a culture of challenge that is not afraid of change. We will continue to work with determination.
